Contract:
- Demolition of existing leisure centre & shopping precinct.
- Crushing for re-use on site
- Remediation of contaminated ground
- All groundworks associated with new superstore construction.
- Installation of Interceptors.
- Superstore floor slab
- Maintaining existing trading superstore throughout our works, demolishing upon completion to facilitate new carpark and petrol filling station.
What we did:
- Assisted our client & Morrison’s throughout the duration of the project.
- Ensuring the existing store remained trading with no disruption.

Tesco Superstore & 278 Streetworks - Vinci Retail
Contract:
- Site Clearance
- Topsoil Screening for re-use
- All groundworks associated with new superstore construction.
- Superstore floor slab, dock leveller & service yard
- Maintaining surrounding road network during major 278 streetworks.
- Working with the existing local businesses to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum.
What we did:
Assisted our client, Tesco’s & the local borough council throughout the duration of the project.
Ensuring the new store was completed and opened on the official dates set.

King George V Dry Dock - S Norton & Co
Contract:
- Break out existing hard standings
- Crushing for re-use on site
- Highmast construction
- Installation of 2 x NS200 Interceptors
- 10,000m2 Concrete paving
- 750m of surface water drainage
- New outfall
- Construction of Shear slab & building
- Heavy duty perimeter fencing installation
- Electrical Sub-contract package let to Rigfone.
What we did:
Worked closely with our client to value engineer and programme the project.
Outstanding results:
In association with Solent Stevedores & S Norton site teams, we completed the contract and extra works within the contract period and on budget.
Interim and final measurements were progressed during the contact with the final account agreement achieved within two weeks of handover.
